Marcia Friedman – BIO

Marcia Martinez Friedman is an Elder, Disability and Human Rights Advocate.  She left Cuba’s Communist regime as a child in the pursuit of Liberty, Freedom and to achieve the American Dream.  She raised 3 children and is the proud grandmother of 4.

It is Marcia’s opinion, based on her mother’s horrifying experience, that Guardianship is a Public Health Hazard, a Humanitarian Crisis.

Marcia’s mother suffered from human trafficking, isolation, negligence, elder exploitation, and mandated supervision. Through a horrific guardianship oversight, ignoring her mother’s wishes to have her daughter care for her, and yearning to come home, she died alone.

Marcia’s experience and opinion, as Victim of Guardianship Abuse in the State of Florida, has turned her suffering for a purpose. She was a Co-Host on the National Blog Talk Radio -Hidden Truth Revealed- F.A.C.E.U.S. (Families Against Court Embezzlement Unethical Standards-). She was an AAAPG, Southeast Media Spokesperson. Marcia has also advocated at the Florida Senate in Tallahassee.
