Luanne Fleming

Luanne was married for 28 years and have 2 grown children and one granddaughter. She assisted her husband in the construction business until his passing in 2005. Luanne is a Certified Aromatherapist and Essential Oil Expert.

Luanne was born in Oakland, California. Her family arrived back in Colorado when she was a newborn. Her parents built an estate of five properties and a large 123 antique car collection. Several of the homes were in Colorado. She worked in family businesses creating and selling products, renovating homes, and selling old automobiles. She was the fourth child in a family of nine.

Despite her parents’ careful estate planning, when her father died in 2006, she was shocked to discover the probate court completely disrespected his wishes. After 10 years of dealing with unscrupulous behavior in the probate court system, it was estimated her family was defrauded over 5 million dollars. She took on the role of guardian and caregiver for her husband, a trustee and representative for her disabled daughter and a co-guardian and caregiver for her mother.

In seeking justice as a Colorado citizen, she soon realized courts across the nation have been weaponized in the American judicial system.

Luanne advocates for a grassroots nonprofit organization, Families Against Court Embezzlement Unethical Standards (F.A.C.E.U.S.) She is a co-host on the popular radio talk show “F.A.C.E.U.S. RADIO” on Hidden Truth Revealed/ Blog Talk Radio. Since May 14, 2016, Luanne has recorded over 382 shows advocated for over 4,000 families nationally and co-hosted several shows on TS Radio with Marti Oakley and Coz Witten- Skaife, and Stephen Phillips on News4Us.World

Luanne is an advocate for the disabled, and elderly and the proper intergenerational transfer of wealth. In 2014 she began working with several senators to bring bills that would bring about and address transparency and a reformation in the probate courts in Colorado and halt the plundering of hundreds of millions of dollars from estates of the deceased and the incapacitated. Luanne appeared on several news stations bringing awareness for accountability and transparency in the state guardianship system. Luanne has worked with The Judicial Integrity Project, made numerous speeches in front of the Colorado Supreme Court on rules for Attorney regulation and discipline.

Luanne brings over 25 years’ experience of advocacy for the mentally disabled and the elderly, is a well-known radio show host, and currently serves as an ambassador for America United International (AUI).
